As my Grandpa would've said: "It don't' get no simpler
than that!"
In all
honesty, the above steps are everything you need to know about...uh...
doing business. Out here in the real world it's real simple: eat or be
eaten!
Or, as I
say it: "Root Hog - Or Die!"
In other
words, you have to 'find' a buyer. Provide the buyer with 'what' they
already
want. Give it to them 'how' they want it and 'when' they want it. AND,
figure out how to make a profit on the deal. That's it!
The actual money-making process is simple...
The more you
stray from this basic business formula, the more complicated it will get.
And, with complexity, you'll soon enough have a problem making wise
business decisions. The solution? keep your business model simple.
Believe it or
not, you've just learned "The Big Picture!"
Don't
complicate doing business into something it's not, ok?
Hence, if you've
been
unsuccessful with your online business, I know for a fact, you're guilty
of one or more of the following business sins:
-
You're trying to sell the
wrong 'stuff' to the wrong target market. ('target market' = PEOPLE)
-
You're offering the right
'stuff' to the right target market, but you've not established a
trusting business relationship with them because you haven't given them a
believable "UBA". ("UBA" = Unique Buyers Advantage.)
-
You haven't tested,
tracked and fine-tuned your selling processes until you've got one
working consistently for you.
-
Your target market
doesn't have money to buy what you're selling.
Your
job
is to figure out which of the above problems you're facing. Then get busy testing, tracking and failing your way to a solution. If you don't know how,
you'd be wise to stop taking advice from whom you've been taking advice
from, and get the following

How to
implement my 'No-Frills' online business success strategy:

common interests who are already buying 'something' online. If you don't
know how to do this step, get the eReport that shows you how to find
niches:

Build an email list
of members in the group of people you identified in step one. For this
step, use this list building

-
Build a
business relationship with
the members on your email list. You have to earn the right to sell to them
before you'll make consistent sales. Learn this strategy with my list building bonus eReport

-
Find out what they're already buying and start making them offers of the
same things. You should automate this process using autoresponders. I
recommend:
Follow-Up Tools
'Time Out' For More Details On Step 4:
Naturally, your 'same things' have to be perceived as slightly different
from the offers from the other suppliers. (Caution: you don't want a product/service so
different you'll have to educate them before they'll buy.)
How do you accomplish this?
-
Make your offers stand out
by adding extra value of some sort (Buy one, get 2nd at half price)...
-
Add bonuses (year's supply of
batteries)...
-
Offer a believable no loss guarantee showing
you're taking all the risk (Your credit card won't be charged for 90 days)...
-
Appeal to your market's
natural greed by adding scarcity to your offer (The first 1,000 people get
the 2nd one for half price)...
-
You could make your 'same
things' offer appear as if you deliver/fulfill orders uniquely,
and make yourself, and or your company stand out from their present suppliers (If
you, Mr. Customer, can't get it to do what we say it will, one of our customer service
people will work with you until you're 100% satisfied)...
-
It's important you test &
track the mechanics of your offers until you get one that makes your prospects and
your customers feel cheated if they miss your deadline. . . You get tracking software
with this autoresponder service:

-
Finally, if you want to build a customer list
you can repeatedly sell to... Don't lie to accomplish any of the above
goals...
Once you've earned a
customer, keep helping them to further solve their problems or further fulfill their interests by
finding (or developing) and selling them more related products or services. (Eventually you'll want to
develop or buy your own products).
Recap:
-
Find a target market of
proven buyers with the desire to solve a problem or the willingness to
spend money in pursuit of their interests. (golfers, body builders,
etc.)
-
Build a trusting
business relationship with them.
-
Sell them a version of what they're
already buying at a profit.
-
Make your offers stand
out from those of their present vendors.
-
Make your offers so tasty,
they'll kick themselves if they don't buy.
-
Once you have a
customer base, keep supporting them by supplying them with similar
products/services to fulfill their interests and solve their problems.
-
IF your target market is
obsessed with their interests ( like pet owners are ) -- even better!
Final Thought:
Doing any kind of business is a lot like life in general.
Most of us tend to
over think and over complicate things, much to our own detriment. This
especially applies to myself... as do the following...
We're impatient and we're
lazy.
We want it but we don't want
to buckle down and do the necessary work.
We're greedy
and we're afraid someone will beat us out.
Oh yeah... not you? How'd you feel the last time some driver cut you off when
you were in a hurry? Didn't feel a whole lot like Mother Teresa, did you?
Wanna know the real reason why we don't just get started and do IT?
It's easier to
believe we can find a no-work-short-cut 'magic-bullet'. So we keep
buying the latest how-to crap. Trust me, the magic bullet theory is a
'come-on' used by unethical marketers who make their livings selling
"blue-sky" junk to lazy dreamers like us.
Anyone who pays even a minimum of attention to the happenings around them
knows that: Cause must go before Results. There's NO way around it.
In other words, I can't
guarantee you success in anything. Your success will always be controlled
by your personal actions... AND IT'S ALWAYS ALL YOUR OWN FAULT!
